The “Islamic State” arrest 15 male and female citizens in Deir Ezzor city and allow the re-opening of Internet cafés in al-Bokamal

Deir Ezzor Province:

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that the “Islamic state” allowed some Internet cafés in al-Bokamal town which is at the border with Iraq to re-opened again after gaining approvals from the “security office in the Islamic state”, the office which had closed all Internet cafés weeks ago, while the Observatory was informed that members of “al-Hisba” arrested about 10 young men in the city of Deir Ezzor on charges of “shaving beard, and dress violation” while “the women’s Hisba” arrested five women citizens under the pretext of “not to wear a Burka” and they took them to Headquarter of “al-Hisba” in the city, called their parents and fined each citizen of them with ” 5 thousand Syrian pounds and to buy a Burka”, also a female nurse died in the town of al-Kharita in an aerial bombardment on areas in the town at the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, rising the number of persons who were killed by the airstrikes yesterday to five in al-Kharita town, while the helicopter dropped a barrel bomb on area in al-Hwiqa neighborhood in Deir Ezzor, no reports of casualties so far.sa
