Dea*th toll update | Three civilians kil*led and injured as Central Committee and dignitaries of Daraa put an end to infighting

Daraa province: The number of casualties has risen with the presence of injuries due to the family clashes in Jassim City in Daraa countryside, where a member died affected by the wounds he sustained earlier today, and the number of casualties has risen to two people and one child of Al-Jaradat Family was injured.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the Central Committees interfered to mediate between Al-Halqy and Al-Jaradat Families and managed to reach a ceasefire agreement between them and to establish a committee to judge between them, where it is comprised of dignitaries and nobles of Al-Jaidor area.

Earlier today, a young man of “Al-Halqy” Family died affected by the wounds he sustained with the shrapnel of a mortar shell, which was fired during armed family clashes between his family and “Al-Jaradat” Family in Jassim City in northern Daraa countryside.

Violent clashes erupted in Al-Aliyah Neighbourhood in Jassim City in northern Daraa countryside with light machineguns and weapons and RPG shells due to disputes between Al-Jaradat and Al-Halqai Families.

Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 100 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 138 people dead; and they are as follows:
* 42 civilians, including three women and 15 children.
* 35 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.
* Five men accused of “involving in drug business.”
* Three members of the Russian-backed 8th
* 13 ISIS members, including a commander.
* 38 members of local factions.
* A regime dissident colonel.
* One unidentified person.
