Al-Suwaidaa province: Today, dozens of civilians renewed their participation in a popular demonstration in Al-Karamah Square in the centre of Al-Suwaidaa city, demanding freedom, the toppling of the regime, the immediate release of detainees and the implementation of International Resolution 2254. The demonstrators also lifted placards with many slogans written on them: “The regime’s approach is bloody, our approach is peaceful” and “Cowards die in their hideouts, but revolutionaries do not care where they die”.
Yesterday, dozens raised slogans calling for freedom and dignity, including: “Man does not inherit dignity or humiliation, but rather creates it himself”, “The Syrian people are invincible” and “Our ancestors are the creators of Syrian patriotism, and we will not compromise our history”.
