Proliferation of arms | Young man killed with gunshot fired by mistake from his rifle in Daraa countryside

Daraa province: A 20-year-old man was killed with a gunshot fired by mistake from his rifle in Emmtalah village in Al-Lajat area in Daraa countryside.

 

This comes in light of proliferation of arms and security chaos, which result in the death of many civilians, most of whom were children.

 

On May 3, SOHR sources reported that a 16 year-old boy was killed with a gunshot fired by mistake from a hunting rifle while playing with it in his grand father’s house in Al-Qouraeiyah village in Al-Ashar district in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside within areas controlled by regime forces and Iranian-backed militias.
