Previous car detonation by “IS-IS” | Four members of commando forces of SDF kil-led in Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: Today, a member of commando forces of SDF was died of wounds he sustained on May 10, following the explosion of a car bomb parked by “ISIS” members next to “Al-Hindi” checkpoint in Al-Shuhail city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, bringing the number of the killed to four.
The number is likely to increase due to the presence of three others injured.
On May 10, three members of the “Commandos” Forces of SDF were killed and four others were injured in the explosion of a booby-trapped car parked by ISIS cells near “Al-Hindy” Checkpoint in Al-Shahil City eastern of Deir Ezzor, where the injured members were taken to a hospital to receive proper medication.

SOHR has documented 116 operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks and explosions, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration since early 2024. According to SOHR statistics, these operations left 63 fatalities:

• 42 members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.

• Six ISIS members.

• Four guards worked for the Autonomous Administration.

• 11 civilians, including a child and a witch.

These operations are distributed regionally as follows:

• Deir Ezzor: 97 attacks left 30 combatants, ten civilians, including a child and a witch, and four ISIS members dead.

• Al-Hasakah: 11 attacks left six combatants, two ISIS members and a civilian dead.

• Al-Raqqah: eight attacks left six combatants and four guards of civil institutions of the Autonomous Administration dead
