Airstrikes on al-Bokamal city and more human losses in Homs

Homs province: Rose to 17 including 4 children and 4 women the number of civilians who were killed by a missile fired by regime forces targeted al-Waer neighborhood. Regime forces targeted Talbisa this morning with heavy machine-gun fire. 

Der-Ezzor province: The U.S led coalition warplane targeted al-Bokamal city outskirts after midnight which is taken over by IS, no reports of losses.
