A detainee die in the prisons of the Kurdish internal security forces al-Asayish in Tal Abyad city

Al-Raqqah Province:

A man was killed under torture in prisons for the Kurdish internal security forces al-Asayish after arresting him earlier in Tal Abyad area north of Al-Raqqah, and Kurdish activists said that the man died while transferring him to the hospital by the al-Asayish force, but a Syrian oppositionist and former political prisoner from Al-Raqqah city told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the man was killed in the detention camps of al-Asayish, and about the man’s appearance in an earlier video showing him swearing allegiance to the “Islamic state,” the opposition said that many of the citizens of the city swear allegiance to the organization and this does not justify torturing him to death.
