Including members of NDF | People injured due to clashes between cousins within areas held by Iranian militias in Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: Violent armed clashes with light and medium weapons erupted between cousins from “Al-Bourhamah” tribe of Al-Ageidat tribe, including armed members of the “National Defence” militia, in Al-Duwair town, within areas controlled by regime forces and Iranian militias in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. Against the backdrop of old disputes between them, which resulted in the injury of five members of the National Defence militia, two of them are in a critical condition, in addition to the burning of two cars and targeting of a military checkpoint for them.
The town is witnessing tension between both sides, the erection of several military checkpoints, the blocking of roads and the outage of internet service, coinciding with civil appeals to resolve the clashes.
On May 19, a member of the “National Defence” was killed and two others were injured after a military patrol was targeted by unidentified gunmen in the vicinity of Al-Hajana Square in Al-Bokamal City within areas of regime forces and Iranian militias.
