In order to obtain ransoms | Military and civil police arrest five civilians on charges of dealing with former “Autonomous Administration” in Aleppo countryside

Aleppo province: During the past few days, members of a military police patrol arrested a civilian from Rajo district, at his place of residence in Afrin city, on charges of performing compulsory service during the role of the Autonomous Administration on Afrin city, in order to obtain a financial ransom from him.
A military police checkpoint in Jarabulus city, east of Aleppo, also arrested two civilians from Kafar Safrah city in Jinderes district, while he was heading to receive his brother returning to Afrin city, coming from areas of displacement in Aleppo city.
In this context, a military police patrol in Jinderes district in Afrin countryside, arrested a civilian from Talaf on charges of dealing with the former “Autonomous Administration”.
During the past few days, members of a civil police patrol arrested a civilian from Ramadana village in Jinderes district, on charges of dealing with the former “Autonomous Administration”.
On June 15, members of a joint patrol between Turkish intelligence and the military police detained two civilians from Jalamah village in Jinderes district in Afrin countryside, on charges of dealing with the former “Autonomous-Administration”, with the aim of obtaining a financial ransom from them.
In a related context, the military police released a civilian from Ramadiyah village, in exchange for a ransom of 4,000 USD, and released two civilians, one of them is from Kafar Dali village in Jinderes district and the other is from Ali Karo village in Bulbul district, in exchange for a ransom of 3,000 USD for each one.
