An agreement between the people of al-Khyara village and Jabhat Al-Nusra after killing a girl by the last mentioned and wounding others

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights knew that a meeting was held between the people of Khyara village in the township of Sinjar in one hand and Al-Nusra Front (al-Qaeda in the Levant) on the other hand at the presence of judges from the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, the agreement stated that Al-Nusra Front to confess the mistake and raiding the village without right or warrant, and to pay Diyah (in Islam it is the traditional compensation due for the shedding of blood)to the father of the murdered girl and a sum for the wounded child girl, al-Nusra front stormed at the 21st of this month the village of Khyara in an attempt to establish a headquarter in it, and entering the village coincided with gunshot by members of al-Nusra in the village, which resulted in the death of a child and injured others.
