Torture victim | Civilian kil*led under physical and psychological abuse in Saidaniyah Prison

Aleppo province: A civilian from Darat Azza Town in western Aleppo countryside died under physical and psychological torture inside the “infamous” Saidaniyah Prison, after being arrested by the regime for eight years.

The regime forces have arrested tens of thousands of civilians since the Syrian revolution and put them in jail.

According to SOHR statistics, the number of people who have died under torture in regime prisons and security centres since early 2024 has reached 30, including a political activist, a writer, a university student, an engineer and a civilian holding American citizenship
