Idlib | Protests erupt responding to announcement of Turkish Foreign Minister “Fidan”

Idlib province: Dozens of civilians gathered in Atma western Camps for people displaced from northern of Idlib and others in Kafr Takharim and Ariha, in angry protests responding to the announcement by the Turkish Foreign Minister “Hakan Fidan”, where he said “Syria will be an important element in combatting terrorism of separatist parties if the government unites with the opposition”, where the protesters chanted “Listen Fidan the people of the revolution in the field” and “let Turkey hear you we are the people of the cause.”

A few hours ago, Turkish-backed factions work on preparing buildings and roads in Abo Al-Zandin Crossing in Aleppo countryside under Turkish supervision, to open the crossing in the following 48 hours.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the crossing will be operated by Turkish side.

This comes nearly 15 days after SOHR confirmed the details of the agreement between Russian and Turkish sides.

The opening of the crossing will allow civilians and merchants to travel from regime-held areas and areas of the factions in northern of Aleppo.
