Accused of “belonging to IS*IS” | Local gu*nmen and regime forces raid a house in Al-Suwaydaa and arrest a person

Al-Suwaydaa province: Local gunmen and regime forces raided a house in Arai Village in Al-Suwaydaa countryside, arrested an unidentified person accused of “belonging to ISIS”, took him to a security centre and confiscated several weapons.

On May 10, the regime forces claimed that they carried out a storming operation on headquarters of ISIS cells near Al-Naql Checkpoint in Al-Mansoura Neighbourhood in Al-Suwaydaa City, where one member of ISIS from tribes of the region was killed and another one from Al-Ghouta Al-Sharqiyah in Rif Dimashq was arrested, while an amount of ammunition, suicidal belts and explosives were found, according to media agencies.

Meanwhile, sources in the region doubted these reports and confirmed that members of Al-Naql Checkpoint haven’t heard any sounds or seen movements for the operation.
