Because of 2 words and a laugh, an IS member from the Arab Maghreb arrests 2 young men in the city of al- Raqqa

Al- Raqqa Province:

Reliable sources informed SOHR that “al- Hesbah members” of IS had arrested 2 young men in al- Rashid park in the city of al- Raqqa because one of them said to the other loudly and with a laugh “Allah Alayk”, where one of IS militants, who is from Arab Maghreb and was in the park by chance, accused him of “Kufur (infidelity)” and asked “al- Hesbah” members to arrest him.
