The regime warplanes kill at least 15 civilians, half of them women and children, in targeting Talbisah and al- Za’faranah

Homs Province:

The number of civilians who were killed due to aerial bombardment on the town of al- Za’faranah north of Homs this morning has risen to 5, including 3 women and a child. The death toll is expected to rise because there are some people seriously wounded and information about other deaths and missing.

 

Violent clashes are still taking place between the regime forces and allied militiamen against IS around the two oilfields of Jazal and Sha’er as well as near Homs – Palmyra highway in the east of Homs, information reported casualties on both sides.

 

The regime warplanes carried out several raids on the city of Talbisah north of Homs killing at least 10 civilians, including a child and 2 women.
