Military escalation | Both SDF and local gunmen bring in military reinforcement to clashes site in Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: SDF brought in new military reinforcement to the towns and the villages of Al-Dahlah, Jadeed Bakarah, Jadeed Ekedat and Ebreihah in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside. This followed missile and artillery fire by Iranian-backed groups on these areas, which led to a horrific massacre left many civilians injured.

 

 The reinforcement included heavy weapons and combatants.

 

Similarly, local militias loyal to Iran brought in military reinforcement of fighters to Al-Bouleil and Al-Toub areas in Deir Ezzor city, while regime forces established a military position on Jabal Al-Salihiyah and set up several cannons along the banks of the Euphrates river.
