After having been in trap of organ traders in Turkey | Unknown fate pursues three brothers from Ain Al-Arab (Kobani)
SOHR sources reported that three brothers from Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) have been facing an unknown fate for 20 days after entering Turkish territory illegally, with the aim of migrating to Europe in search of safety.
The three brothers entered Turkey in coordination with a Turkish businessman who asked them not to carry mobile phones, with promises of securing work for them in a European company. As contact with them lost, people close to Turkey informed their families of the loss of hope that they would be found, indicating that organ traders may be behind their disappearance.
Organ trafficking networks in Turkey exploit those seeking a safe haven from areas controlled by the “Autonomous Administration”, where they are lured with false promises to reach Europe to achieve their criminal goals. The families of the missing persons appealed to the Syrian Observatory to intervene and pressure the Turkish authorities to reveal their sons’ fate.
It is noted that Syrians seeking safety are subjected to repeated violations on the Syrian-Turkish border, including arrest, torture and killing, without any action by the concerned authorities to put an end to these crimes.
