In ten days | IS*IS launches nine attacks in SDF-held areas

ISIS cells attacked positions of SDF and civilians in Deir Ezzor countryside within areas in northern and eastern of Syria after ISIS cells stopped during the attacks by Iran-backed local gunmen on SDF-held areas in August.

ISIS still works with a strategy, after the termination of ISIS in 2019, such as staging ambushes and assassinations to weak SDF and cause chaos in SDF-held areas.

On the same context, SOHR activists documented nine attacks by ISIS cells in Deir Ezzor countryside in ten days, that lead to the death of a young girl and injury of several civilians and combatants.
