Demanding apply political change and bring down regime | Large number of women participate in demonstration in Al-Suwaidaa

Al-Suwaidaa province: Tens of residents from Al-Suwaidaa city and countryside staged a demonstration in Al-Karamah square, with the participation of a large number of women, where the protestors renewed their demands to apply political change, bring down the Syrian rgime and implement the International Resolution No. 2254.

The demonstrators lifted placards with slogans written on them, some of which read “behind every great homeland is a great woman” and “a revolution triggered by a free scream will never die.”

On September 5, SOHR sources reported that dozens of residents of Al-Suwaydaa City gathered in Al-Karama Square in the centre of the city demanding freedom, the departure of the head of the regime, political transition of authority, the imposition of the UN resolution No. 2254 and the release of the prisoners, where they raised banners demanding freedom and the overthrow of the regime continuing the ongoing protests for over a year.
