With machineguns | Iran-backed local groups target military headquarters of SDF in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: Iran-backed local groups fired machineguns on the headquarters of the Tenth Regiment of SDF in “Al-Jajan” Fuel Station in Al-Ezba Town in northern Deir Ezzor countryside. However, no casualties were reported.

On August 4, the areas separating SDF-held areas and regime-held areas on the Euphrates River bed witnessed renewed attacks by local gunmen under the orders of Iranian militias, as gunmen targeted SDF positions in Al-Busayrah town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor with machineguns and mortar shells, which led to the eruption of armed clashes between both sides, while no causalities were reported.
