Affected by his injuries | Civilian dies after being shot by regime forces in Daraa

Daraa province: A civilian died affected by the injury he sustained yesterday, after having been shot by members of the Air Force Intelligence stationed at a checkpoint between Al-Rakham village and Al-Harak city in eastern Daraa countryside.

 

It is worth noting that another person escorting the victim was also injured.

 

Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 263 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 272 people dead; and they are as follows:

 

  • 81 civilians, including eight women and 18 children.

 

  • 83 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.

 

  • 17 men accused of “involving in drug business.”

 

  • Five members of the Russian-backed 8th Brigade.

 

  • 17 ISIS members, including a commander.

 

  • 58 members of local factions.

 

  • Seven persons collaborating with the Lebanese Hezbollah.

 

  • A regime dissident colonel.

 

  • Two unidentified persons.

 

  • A leader of a group working for Iranian-backed militias.
