SOHR activists reported that two Russian officers, three officers of regime forces, including two Brigadier Generals and two unidentified persons, were killed due to unknown artillery fire on October 12, on the area between Khasham and Hatlah in Deir Ezzor city within areas controlled by regime forces and Iranian-backed militias, where Russian forces were accompanied by the regime forces.
Two people of unknown nationalities were killed under shelling of unknown source on Deir Ezzor.
A member of the 12th Brigade of the regime forces was killed, and another was injured, as a result of the explosion of an IED planted by unknown people on the path of a “Hilux” food transport vehicle belonging to the brigade, coinciding with its passage near Busr Al-Harir town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, and the injured person was taken to the hospital for treatment.
A young man shot his brother dead with several gunshots from his pistol following financial disputes between them regarding the management of the financial accounts of a restaurant and lounge they jointly own, in Al-Harri town in eastern Al-Bukamal, which is controlled by regime forces and Iranian-backed militias in Deir Ezzor countryside.
A civilian was shot dead by one of his cousins of “Al-Bokhamis” Tribe due to disputes over “marriage” in Al-Mansoura area western of Al-Raqqa, along with a state of security chaos and tension in the region amid appeals from residents for interference of dignitaries to end the conflict.
