ISIS return internet devices confiscated earlier in Deir Ezzor and helicopters bomb the countryside of Daraa

Deir Ezzor Province:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that the “Islamic state” returned internet satellite devices to the owners of internet cafés which were confiscated earlier and allowed them to be used only inside their internet cafés, while a media activists from the town of Al-Quriyyah was arrested by the “Islamic State” in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor east, they took him to an unknown destination according to activists in the area.

Daraa Province:
The helicopters bombed areas in the village of Rakham and the town of Sheikh Meskin in the countryside of Daraa, the regime forces also opened fire of heavy machineguns on areas in the town of al-Yadudeh in the countryside of Daraa, while two fighters from the rebel and Islamic Factions were killed during clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in Daraa and the countryside of Al-Quneitra.
