Rebel and Islamist factions announce the establishment of ” the Coordination Group in Homs”
SOHR received a copy of a statement issued by the rebel and Islamist factions in northern countryside in Homs that, “We announced establishing of the Coordination Group of Homs to achieve the following goals:
- unifying the world, the political and military resolution.
- Monitoring the implementation of actions that lead to the overthrow of al- Assad criminal regime, resisting the Iranian and Russian occupation, refusing any intervention that imposes a resolution contrary to the principles of the revolution and uniting efforts in order to defeat the invaders militarily and politically.
- Maintaining the gains of the revolution achieved by out rebels and the blood of our brothers and martyrs flow for it.
- Rejecting extremism in all its forms and to adhere to the lofty teachings of Islam.
- Rejecting all kinds of division and the partial solution in Homs in particular and in Syria in general.
- To contribute to support the role of official and legitimate bodies, the military and political institutions, the locale councils and operation rooms in order to promote the revolutionary work at all levels.
- To contribute effectively to embody the political solutions that meet the aspirations of our people who have revolted for their freedom and dignity as well as to topple the criminal regime.
- Working on protecting the popular nurturing of the rebels and giving priority to their interests in the areas controlled by the revolutionaries forces, as well as working on ensuring their needs as possible.
- To confront the reconciliations with the criminal regime and to work on pursuing their fathers and the regime’s followers in the area and whoever attempts to abuse the martyrs’ blood.
This group is periodical and it is going to dissolve itself for any unitary project.
