The “Islamic State” execute 4 men in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and Homs and clashes in Palmyra

Deir Ezzor Province:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that the “Islamic State” organization executed a person in Sallo village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where a member of the organization beheaded him by sword and crucified his body for one day on charges of “banditry by weapons overtly and robbing Muslims’ money by force”, while warplanes bombed places in the Islah al-Bulyl in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, also a man died when shells launched by the organization and landed on areas in al-Jura neighborhood which is controlled by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city, while the warplanes bombed areas in the vicinity of Deir Ezzor military airport, no information about casualties.

Homs Province:
The regime forces bombed areas in the village of al-Saan al-Aswad in the northern countryside of Homs, while the helicopters dropped two barrel bombs on areas in Mahin town in the southeastern countryside of Homs, also the warplanes carried out several raids on areas in the city of Palmyra east of Homs, while the regime forces bombed areas in al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs city and there were no information about injuries, also clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic state” in the vicinity of al-Dowwa area located west of Palmyra city, and information about casualties among both parties.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received a copy of a video showing three members of the “Islamic state” executing three men -one of them is an older man-, the members shoot them dead in ISIS controlled areas in the eastern countryside of Homs, and one of the members said in the video: “This is the penalty of everyone tempted to fight against the people of Tawheed (monotheism), and spying for Al-Nusayri regime, their penalty is death, and you Nusayris we say to you, that our battle with you is not here, but in the neighborhoods of Homs, in your Nusayri neighborhood, and in Lattakia and in Tartus and Qardaha, so feel your neck for we are coming, God willing, don’t be happy for the Russians are helping you, for it is –I swear by ALLAH- the beginning of the end”.
