The Syrian Observatory For Human Rights

Regime’s warplanes drop leaflets over the countryside of Deir Ezzor calling fighters to turn themselves in and warning of strikes on the area

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were able to obtain leaflets dropped by regime’s warplanes on areas in the eastern and western countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the leaflets read: “the first group of 700 gunmen handed over their weapons and chose life, you have a little time..  take the right decision.. Choose Life “”, and another one says: “” Look for the green pass card that will ensure you a safe passage at the checkpoints …… The General Command of the Armed Forces””.

Also another one says: “” the last warning… the intensity of the strikes are escalating … the coming is greatest .. tomorrow at 12 a crushing strikes will be directed  to this the area””, and another : “”O our valued people … your brothers in the Syrian Arab Army are determined to hunt down the remnants of the armed terrorist gangs who wreck, sabotage and murder… take the initiative and provide assistance by not sheltering members of these gangs and reporting their whereabouts so we can get rid of their evil and restore security and stability to your city … The General Command of the Armed Forces””, and another one: “” Forty kind of ammunition … ahead of you … capable of destroying targets (ground – underground – shelters and fortified areas) “”.

And one other: “” the last quarter-hour … O armed man: It’s the time of the truth … the world is changing rapidly .. the army is coming … think about yourself … Waiting cost you your life … do not hesitate … hurry and drop your weapon to keep your life and your future … The General Command of the Armed Forces””, and the last received one: “” the road to salvation: … Stay away from the headquarters, warehouses and localities of the gunmen – leave the area by heading east – Make sure you do not carry any type of weapons – Be careful we are watching you accurately – dis obeying these instructions put your life and the life of those with you at risk … We are waiting for you … The General Command of the Armed Forces””
