Warplanes kill 10 citizens and 13 ISIS members while targeting Al-Raqqah city

Al-Raqqah Province:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that warplanes targeted areas in the city of Al-Raqqah and its outskirts by more raids, and resulted on the death of at least 10 people and injured several others, in addition to killing 13 member at least from the “Islamic state”, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and information about other deaths in the strikes that targeted  Moaweya School area which is taken by the organization as a headquarter of al-Hisba, and the area around the National Hospital and Al-Raqqah bridge, and one of the airstrikes on the bridge resulted in power outages in parts of the city.
