10 raids at least target Mahin and continuous clashes in the neighborhoods of Deir Ezzor and UN at Homs

Deir Ezzor Province:
Clashes are still taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against members of the “Islamic State” in the neighborhoods of al-Hwiqa and al-Rashdiyyah in Deir Ezzor city, amid renewed mutual shelling between both sides, and there were no information casualties.

Homs Province:
Russian warplanes carried out at least 10 raids on areas in the town of Mahin in the southeastern countryside of Homs, which is controlled by the “Islamic state”, while the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that a team of the United Nations managed to enter al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs, where the delegation toured the neighborhood and met some elders and persons in the neighborhood.
