Jund al- Aqsa and the other factions seize the whole town of Morek, while the regime warplanes intensively strike several toens and villages Hama

Hama Province:

The violent clashes between the regime forces, backed by NDF and allied militiamen, against Jund al- Aqsa, the rebel and Islamist factions are still taking place around the town of Morek, where Jund al- Aqsa and the other factions could seize the whole town of Morek after violent clashes and intese shelling by hundreds of shells and missiles on the town, and amid attempts by the regime forces to retake the town. In addition to, the regime forces could take control over the village of al- Bana in Sahl al- Ghab after violent clashes with the rebel and Islamist factions.

 

The regime warplanes carried out at least 15 air raids on the two towns of Morek and al- Latamnah as well as the two villages of Letmin and Lahaya in the northern countryside and the town of Kafar Nabbouda in the northwestern countryside of Hama.

 

The rebel and Islamist factions targeted gatherings for the regime forces on al- Abboud checkpoint and in the town of Soran north of Hama, information reported casualties on the regime forces’ ranks.

 

A defected major from the regime forces, who is a leader in an Islamist faction, killed in clashes with the regime forces and allied militiamen around the town of Morek.
