Regime forces target areas of Hama and Homs countrysides

Homs province: Regime forces opened heavy machine gun fire on areas of Talbisa, no reports of casualties. Explosive barrels were dropped on areas of Ter Ma’la in the northern countryside, no reports of losses. 

Hama province: Regime forces bombarded areas of the eastern countryside. 2 men from Duma were tortured to death in regime prisons. Islamic battalions targeted a vehicle for regime forces. The northern countryside is witnessing aerial bombardment by several warplanes, no reports of losses.
