The ISIS and the A’sifat al-Shamal brigade reached an agreement to peace
Aleppo province: The ISIS and the A’sifat al-Shamal brigade reached an agreement to stop the ongoing clashes between both sides in the A’zaz city:
– An immediate cease fire.
– The release of all detainees because of the clashes within 24 hours after singing the agreement.
– To return all possessions withheld by both sides.
– That the al-Tawhid brigade put a checkpoint between both sides until the problems in A’zaz are over.
– The reference to any conflict that may arise is the Sharia council.
The agreement was signed by Abu Abdelrahman al-Kweiti (ISIS) and a defected captain (A’sifat al-Shamal brigade), as well as two witnesses: Abu Ibrahim al-Shishani and a fighter from the al-Tawhid brigade.
