Throwing off tall building and whipping 3 persons in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and warplanes bomb vehicles for oil transfer

Deir Ezzor Province: 
For the third time in a row warplanes carried out airstrikes targeting oil fields in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, where warplanes targeted this evening vehicles and oil tank trucks loaded with oil near the wells of Al-Mzaaly and al-Dahash belonging to al-Omar oilfield in al-Hriji desert in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the airstrikes resulted in burning vehicles and damaging dozens of other parked vehicles in the area, but no information about casualties so far.
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor were informed that the “Islamic state” organization had “whipped” a young man in the Hajana Street in al-Bokamal city at the border with Iraq, and ordered him to attend a “Sharia course” for two weeks in a mosque in al-Bokamal city, the activists of the Observatory were also informed that the “Islamic state” had thrown a young man off al-Burj building in al-Bokamal Street at al-Mayadin city, and in the documented details by the activists of the Observatory; members from the organization grabbed his feet and directed his head down and then thrown him to the ground, on charges of “sodomy” then a member from the organization -after the young man fell on the ground- shot him twice in the head from a pistol, also the activists of the Observatory documented that the “Islamic state” whipped a young man a “100 lashes” on charges of “sodomy” and one of the organization’s members read the sentence and said that he was whipped due to “engaging in an act of sodomy with males incompletely”
