Human losses in Tal Abiad and Clashes continue in Homs

al-Raqqa province: SOHR was informed by sources from Tal Abiad city that 3 civilians were killed while no less than 20 others were wounded by a suicide motorbike exploded in Tal Abiad city.

Homs province: A man from al-Makramia village was tortured to death in regime prisons after detaining him for 3 years. 2 shells fired by rebels fell on Homs city. Clashes continue between regime forces and IS around Hawarin amid advances for the regime in the area.
