Continued clashes in Hasakah

al-Hasakah province: A man from Qamishli city was tortured to death in regime prisons after detaining him for 2 years. Clashes continue between SRF and IS around al-Meleba convoy and other areas of the southern eastern countryside amid mutual bombardment and aerial bombardment by the coalition warplanes.
