A defected officer killed in clashes in Homs, while arrests take place in al- Bokamal city, while IS cut a young man’s plam

Deir Ezzor Province:

Reliable sources informed SOHR activists that IS cuts a young man’s palm at al- Nadi roundabout in the city of al- Mayadin for “thievery”. SOHR activists also had been informed that IS arrested about 15 people, most of them ex-fighters in rebel factions and Jabhat al- Nusra from those who declared their repentance to IS earlier, where they dragged them to IS headquarters in the area.

 

Homs Province:

A defected lieutenant in the rebel factions killed by a sniper shot in clashes with the regime forces on the outskirts of the village of Ter Ma’lah north of Homs.
