The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the “Islamic State” released 10 Assyrians citizens kidnapped, after 9 months of being abducted from their villages in the areas around the town of Tal Tamr in the countryside of Al-Hasakah, after an attack by the organization in late February of this year.
