Injuries in shells at the capital and warplanes raid on areas in the city of Palmyra and the aids enter al-Wa’er neighborhood

Damascus Province:
A mortar shell fell on area near al-Hajbiyyeh mosque in the neighborhood of Rukn al-Din in the center of the capital which caused injuries, also two mortar shells fell on areas in the neighborhood of al-Qosur, no information about injuries.

 

Homs Province:
A man from the city of Talbiseh died affected by wounds he had when warplane believed to be Russian bombed areas in the city earlier, while warplanes carried out at least six raids on areas in the city of Palmyra which is controlled by the “Islamic State”, no information about casualties so far. The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that the humanitarian aid entered al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs, accompanied by a delegation from the United Nations which supervise the Armistice Agreement in neighborhood.
