Airstrikes leaves casualties in the city of Palmyra, while clashes erupt in several areas in Homs

Homs Province:

It is cleared that the aids entered to the neighborhood of al- Wa’er under the supervision of UN contained food and medicine baskets as well as flour, where they entered the neighborhood coincided with cease-fire agreement held between the regime forces and the rebels. This agreement, guaranteed and supervised by UN, also stated on releasing all detainees and reactivating the government departments in the neighborhood, entering medical and relief materials from and to the neighborhood as well as evacuating about 3200 fighters from the factions to the northern countryside of Homs and the countryside of Hama. However, the first group that includes fighters from Jabahat al- Nusra and IS supporters is going to get out towards the two provinces of Hama and Idlib while the rest of fighters is going to move to towards the northern countryside of Hama on batches. It is worth mentioned that the neighborhood includes more than 45 factions such as Ahrar al- Sham Movement, Jabhat al- Nusra, al- Jihad al- Islami battalions and close factions to IS. The agreement is going to carry out on stages.

 

Warplanes believed Russian carried out several raids on the city of Palmyra and the town of al- Shendakhiyya east of Homs.

 

The regime forces shelled the outskirts of al- Sa’an town in the northern countryside of Homs, coincided with violent clashes between the regime forces against the Islamist factions around the village of Hosh Hajjo. They also shelled places in the city of Talbisah.
