Shelling the northern countryside leave casualties, and violent clashes take place in the area

Lattakia Province:

Several civilians, including women and children, killed due to aerial bombardment carried out by Russian warplanes on the village of Marj al- Zawiya and on other areas in Jabal al- Turkman and Jabal al- Akrad which have witnessed people’s displacement towards the Syrian – Turkish border because of the intense airstrikes carried out by the Russian warplanes and due to shelling the area by the regime force. Meanwhile, the violent clashes between the regime forces, backed by Hezbollah, al-Baath battalions and NDF, against Jabhat al- Nusra, the Islamic Turkestan Party, the rebel and Islamist factions are still taking in several areas in the northern countryside of Lattakia leading to kill several fighters from the rebel and Islamist factions, information reported more casualties on both sides.
