800 persons leave al-Waer neighborhood

Homs provine: SOHR was informed that the 3rd group of 800 people who are refusing the agreement in al-Waer neighborhood are being moved into Aleppo and Hama countrysides including more than 400 women and children, 80 militants allied to IS, a groups of fighters in Jabhat al-Nusra, in addition to 40 handicapped and 80 men and young men.
