About 40 civilians killed and wounded by suicide car explosion in Homs city

Homs province: 8 people were killed while no less than 35 others were wounded by a suicide car targeted al-Zahraa neighborhood which are inhabited by a majority of Alawite, the number of the dead is likely to rise due to the serious injuries. SOHR activists observed a truck loaded with humanitarian aids entering al-Waer neighborhood included in the truce of al-Waer.
