The start of second phase of Kefrayya – al- Fu’ah – al- Zabadain agreement through Beirut airport

In the next Sunday in December 20, it is expected that 192 fighters and militiamen from the city of al- Zabadani in Rif Dimashq will get out of the city while 400 civilians will go out of the two towns of Kefrayya and al- Fu’ah inhabited by Shiite people northeast of Homs as the second phase from the agreement held between Hezbollah from one side and al- Zabdani’s fighters as well as Ahrar al- Sham Movement from the other sides. SOHR had been informed that the 400 civilians will be transported from the two towns through Bab al- Hawa border crossing to Turkey, then to Beirut airport and after then to Damascus, while the 126 fighters and militiamen with be transported from al- Zabadani to Beirut airport through al- Masna’ border point, then to Turkey. After that the food and humanitarian relief will start to enter in the city of al- Zabadani and the town of Madaya. Meanwhile, the Red Crescent had finished the examination of ill people in order to be certain about the possibility of transporting them by the planes from Beirut airport.
