The “Islamic State” stone a man in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah and clashes in the vicinity of the al-Sina’aa neighborhood in Deir Ezzor
Deir Ezzor Province:
A man from the city of Deir Ezzor died under torture in the prisons of the regime forces after being detained for nearly two years, while sporadic clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against members from the “Islamic State” in the vicinity of al-Sina’aa neighborhood, accompanied by a targeting by the organization for positions of the regime forces on the mountain overlooking the city of Deir Ezzor using mortar shells, no information about casualties.
Al-Hasaka Province:
Reliable sources informed the Activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the “Islamic state” organization “stoned” a married man from Markadah area in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, on charges of “adultery”, he was stoned to death.
