39 killed by Aerial bombardment targeted Ma’rah al-Nu’man

Idlib province: 39 people were killed by aerial bombardment targeted Ma’rah al-Nu’man including rebels, prisoners and civilians, while dozens of others were wounded and seriously wounded.
