Humanitarian aid enter Madaya city

SOHR was informed that the Humanitarian aid vehicles started to move towards Madaya city as the people went out to get the food and medical aid at the city entrance which contains checkpoints for Hezbollah and regime forces, the local city council refused the distribution way which makes Hezbollah as a distributor.
