A Division backed by the Turkish government calling civilians to leave their villages between Jarablos and Azaz and consider their areas a military area and disclaims their safety
Clashes continue between The Syrian Democratic Forces against the rebel and Islamic Factions in the vicinity of the village of Malkiya near Azaz in the northern countryside of Aleppo, which led to the death of fighters from Islamic factions, while the sound of a violent explosion was heard in Salah al-Din neighborhood, caused by bombing a tunnel in the area according to activists, while Nur ad-Din Zenki Movement opened fire of heavy machineguns on positions for the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the carton factory west of Aleppo.
The Division of Sultan Murad which includes Turkmen fighters issued a statement in which they called the people to leave their villages in areas at the northern countryside of Aleppo and declared that they are not responsible for their lives after releasing the statement, they said:
“The Division of Sultan Murad declares the areas and villages in the northern countryside of Aleppo as military areas, we advise civilians to leave these areas for their own safety and we are not responsible for them after the announcement of this statement, we especially mean the villages and towns between Azaz and Jarablos”. This decision coincided with clashes in the area between The Division of Sultan Murad and several rebel and Islamic factions against the “Islamic State”, and the clashes of hit-and-run and mutual controlling, It also comes in conjunction with the prevention by the “Islamic State” for citizens to get out of its controlled areas, where they the Observatory received information reported that the organization allowed families to move to areas controlled by the factions, after the heavy bombardment on the area where citizens wish to move from, followed prevention by the organization for citizens to move out of its controlled areas.
