44 casualties including 29 children and a citizen woman killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes in Al-Raqqah
Al-Raqqah Province:
It rose to 44 the number of documented casualties who were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes (it is unknown if they belong to the regime of Bashar al-Assad or they were Russian warplanes) which targeted several neighborhoods in the city of Al-Raqqah at 21st January 2016, and within the overall total of casualties of the massacre are 16 children and 13 citizen women, and among them are 16 displaced civilians from Deir Ezzor province including 6 children and 4 citizens, the targeting also caused injuries for tens of people.
