15 casualties and injuries at least in an explosion at Al-Qameshly city center

Al-Hasaka Province:
The death of at least three people and the injury of at least 12 was confirmed as a result of an explosion believed to be caused by an IED planted in a motorcycle targeted Miami area at the center of al-Qameshly city which is at the border with Turkey.
