18 civilians died in Madaya city

Rose to 18 the number of civilians who died due to their medical conditions in the city of Madaya since Jan 11, to Jan 30, the deaths included 4 children and women, while no less than 400 others are still waiting to be moved into hospitals out of the city in order to receive their treatment.
