The sit-in in al-Zahra neighborhood in Homs continue and 35 airstrike target Palmyra city and cause injuries

Homs Province:
It rose to about 35 the number of airstrikes carried out by warplanes believed to be Russian on areas in the city of Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs, which caused injuries for several people, while the rebel factions targeted areas in the town of Jeb al-Ahmar in the northern countryside of Homs, which injured a boy, also areas in the vicinity of Rastan town and the villages of Western Al-Farhaniyah and Talaf in the northern countryside of Homs were bombarded by the regime forces, the regime forces also bombed areas in the city of Talbiseh in the northern countryside of Homs, amid renewed clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions in the city’s perimeter and in the areas of Kafernan and Jabburin, while gunmen believed to be members from the “Islamic State” detonated a gas pipeline for al-Froqlos company on the road of Palmyra–Homs, which led to the outbreak of fire in the area which its vicinity is witnessing attacks by the “Islamic state” on positions for the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, while al-Zahra neighborhood and other areas inhabited by majority of Alawite citizens in Homs city are still witnessing tension and resentment, due to the recent bombings, where the sit-in is still taking place in al-Settin Street by some citizens.
